Program

In Rwanda, CECI supports the economic empowerment of vulnerable women: farmers and breeders, heads of household and young mothers, those living in refugee camps or involved in cross-border trade. Although considerable progress has been made towards gender equality in Rwanda, especially at the political level, the situation of women in at the household level requires effort. CECI volunteers work in collaboration with civil society organizations to improve women's economic opportunities.
